Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13-14 EU Reg.to 2016/679

L.M.B. Laboratorio Microbiologico e Biotecnologie S.r.l. in its capacity as Data Controller of the User’s personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Reg.to 2016/679 hereinafter ‘GDPR’, hereby informs that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of data subjects with regard to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of the confidentiality and rights of the Users themselves. Users’ personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the legislation and the confidentiality obligations provided for therein.
Purpose and legal basis of the processing: in particular, Users’ data will be processed for the following purposes related to the implementation of obligations relating to legislative or contractual obligations:
- Technical and Functional access to the Site, no data is kept after closing the Browser.
- Advanced navigation purposes or personalized content management.
- Statistical purposes and Analysis of navigation and users.
Users’ personal data may also, subject to consent, be used for the following purposes:
- Marketing and Advertising purposes.
The provision of data is optional for the User regarding the aforementioned purposes, and any refusal to process does not compromise the continuation of the relationship or the adequacy of the processing itself.
Processing Methods. Users’ personal data may be processed in the following ways:
- by means of computer systems with the use of software managed by third parties.
- by means of computer systems with the use of software managed or programmed directly.
- temporary processing in Anonymous Form.
Each treatment takes place in compliance with the procedures referred to in Articles. 6, 32 of the GDPR and through the adoption of the appropriate security measures provided. Communication: Users’ data will be communicated exclusively to competent and duly appointed subjects for the performance of the services necessary for a correct management of the relationship, with a guarantee of protection of the rights of the interested party.
The User’s data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorized by the Data Controller and, in particular, by the following categories of employees:
- Programmers and Analysts.
Dissemination: Users’ personal data will not be disclosed in any way.
Retention Period. We point out that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, the retention period of personal data is:
- established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed for the execution and fulfillment of the contractual purposes.
- established for a period of time not exceeding the performance of the services provided.
- established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed and in compliance with the mandatory times prescribed by law.

- The interested party has the right to obtain:
- updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed
- the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right

- The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection
